As a growing company, we were looking for reliable HR support and The HR Dept Cambridge & North Herts came highly recommended to us.

We needed supporting assisting with the HR functions of the business, to ensure the correct procedures were being adhered to. The business was too small to directly employ someone, so the services of The HR Dept were a good solution.

They have ensured that our employee handbook is up to date and all the policies are being adhered to. As the company has grown, we have also employed Caroline to train our managers to ensure they are doing the best for their direct staff with regards to illness, mental health and general support where required. Training has also been giving for managers to be able to recruit new staff members and what process to follow during interviews etc.

The support from The HR Dept has provided and the outcomes from it have been excellent. They are always on hand to answer any questions we throw at them and always reply very promptly. We would recommend them without hesitation.
